Description
The Custom Border Patrol (CBP) seeks to lease the following space: State: PA City / County Mechanicsburg Delineated Area: North: US Route 15 East: State Hill Rd and Lisburn Rd to the point of their intersection and their intersections with US Route 15 and Interstate 76, respectively South: Interstate 76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) West: Intersection of US Route 15 and Interstate 76 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,875 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 4,358 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): The greater of local code or 2 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): The greater of local code or 0 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 spaces Full Term: Fifteen (15) years Firm Term: Ten (10) years with 120 day termination option at any time. If the Government terminates the lease before Tenant Improvements (TI) are paid off, the Government will pay the remaining TI balance at the time of lease termination. Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered and rate per RSF, floor plans and contact information of authorized representative. · All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date · In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. · Reference project number: 7PA2266 <img src="file:///C:/Users/tiara/AppData/Local/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" alt="" width="13" height="81" /> Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
