Description

Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary to perform general construction, alterations, necessary removal of existing structures and construction amongst certain other items to include Electrical and Mechanical work in accordance with the Statement of Work, Drawings and Specifications. Work is to be performed at G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery Medical Center located 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Ave., Jackson Ms. This construction project will be awarded as a single firm-fixed price contract specifying work in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction. This 180- day requirement is time sensitive requiring every effort to be made to ensure timely completion. Contract may include tasks in a variety of trades such as, but not limited to, excavation, exterior electrical work, water piping, drainage piping, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete and masonry, welding and mechanical. General Commission requirement are established in conjunction with the performance completion as established in the Statement of Work. The dollar magnitude for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $36.5 Million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov ) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov ), along with Vets 4212 at http://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm in order to submit offers and be eligible for award. All offerors must be listed as verified in the VIP database, available in VETBIZ at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from vendor portal and acknowledging all amendments to the solicitation. Amendments to the solicitation may be electronically sent or posted at the vendor portal website. You must register as Interested Vendor at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; To Receive Notification for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website. The issuance of the solicitation is projected to occur on or about July 16, 2018 with a tentative site visit around 7/23/2018. Tentative Bid Opening is projected to occur on or about July 24, 2018. This Pre-solicitation Notification is not a Solicitation. Any liability associated with the submission of information in response to this notice is the responsibility of the submitting contractor. The Government shall not be held responsible or liable for any information submitted, or for any costs associated the submitted information.
