CONTINUATION PAGE The purpose of this Amendment is to change the Minimum Technical Requirements to elicit proposals offering products that can meet all Minimum Technical Requirements, extend the due date for proposals and change the point of contact for proposal submission. All offerors who previously submitted proposals for CLIN 02 must resubmit proposals in order be considered for award. Previously submitted proposals for CLIN 02 will not be considered. Offerors must resubmit their previous proposals with or without changes. Please be sure to include acceptance of this Amendment. CLIN 01 offers are not affected by this Amendment and no further revision or new proposals will be accepted for CLIN 01. New offerors are welcome to submit proposals for the revised line item, CLIN 02, Bluetooth Pulse Oximeters. The due date and time to submit proposals is July 30, 2018, 4:00pm, MST. Proposals received after this date and time will be considered late and may be excluded from competition. No extensions will be granted.
