Description
The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Center, Unit 23156, APO, AE 09054-3156, has a requirement to purchase six (6) Structural Pumper type Fire Trucks for Installation Management Command Europe (IMCOM-E) to be used at IMCOM-E fire stations throughout Germany A firm fixed price (FFP), commercial contract is intended to be used to fulfill this requirement. A single award is anticipated for this requirement. Complete details will be given in Request for Quote (RFQ) W564KV-18-Q-0046 to be released to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOps), on or about 16 July 2018. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis with no set aside using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336120. The anticipated response date is 30 days after release of the solicitation. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive any contract award or payment. The SAM website is: https://www.sam.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: https://www.sam.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFQ.
