GFE-SSN 2018 THIS IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR SOLICITATION. This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government (USG). The USG is currently conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10, to identify potential small business sources to fulfill the requirement and gather information on current capabilities within the market. All information submitted in response to this sources sought notice is voluntary and the USG will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the USG. Proprietary information submitted should be marked appropriately. All submitted information shall remain with the USG and will not be returned. Background: The Office of The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) leads the nation in preventing, preparing for, responding to, and recovering from the adverse health effects of emergencies and disasters by supporting our communities' ability to withstand adversity, strengthening our health and response systems, and enhancing national health security. The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), within the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, provides an integrated, systematic approach to the development and procurement of the necessary vaccines, drugs, therapies, and diagnostic tools for public health medical emergencies. Purpose: The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking support for professional commercial asset appraisal services to assist with obtaining the value government property under contract. Interested parties should provide capability statements indicating the ability to the meet the requirement.
