- SOW 1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENT. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE FUTURE ACQUISITION. 2. Ellsworth AFB, SD is seeking sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602, for Armory Movable Storage, IAW the presently attached statement of work (SOW). 3. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners. Interested parties are requested to submit service specifications that shall include: - Name, - Address, - Point of Contact (POC), - POC and product technical expert phone number(s) and email addresses, - CAGE Code, - Website, if applicable. 4. Contractors capable of providing this service should submit product information within the guidelines stated above in paragraph three (3) via e-mail to the person(s) stated below in paragraph five (5). Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses, or the Government's use of such information. The information obtained from industries responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and future RFP. 5. Responses are due no later than 5:00PM MST, Thursday, 05 July 2018, and shall be electronically submitted to the following: A1C Daniel L. Stilts at daniel.stilts@us.af.mil 6. Questions relative to this market research should be sent electronically to A1C Daniel L. Stilts. NO PHONE INQUIRIES. All communications shall be in writing by referencing "Armory Movable Storage".
