- NSN 6680-01-058-5867, Unit of issue is Each; IAW Firstmark Corp., CAGE 3BMV1, P/N FG430A238. Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and 4 option years. Delivery will be to DLA stock locations in the contiguous United States. FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 56 Days ARO. Surge is not required for this NSN. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 12 EA and applies to the base year only. The estimated annual quantity is 46 EA and the maximum contract quantity is 230 EA.
