Description

Network Contracting Office 17 intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed-price contract in accordance with VAAR 819.7007 and FAR 19.1406 to Progressive X-Ray, Inc., DUNS # 961837791, to provide one Unetixs Multilab Series 2-CP-R Vascular System, Part No. 11996-0000-01, to include locking casters and networking package. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest; accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contract Specialist no later than 10:00am CST on July 1, 2018. ALL Responses should be sent to severino.sarabia@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be for determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 339112.
