- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a sole source brand specific for a Perkin Elmer Tri-Carb 4910TR liquid scintillation counter with Alpha Beta separation for unknown or mixed samples, accessories and training for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Division of Applied Research and Technology (DART), Biomonitoring and Health Assessment Branch, (BHAB), Cincinnati, Ohio 45226. Prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is being offered as all or none. The solicitation number for this requirement is OOHCCGB-2018-25618 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
