General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: South Carolina City: Columbia Delineated Area: Start : Harbinson Way east to Woodcross Dr, Head north on Woodcross Dr to Fairforest Rd, Head east on Fairforest Rd to Piney Woods Rd, Head north on Piney Woods Rd, Piney Woods turns in to Lost Creek Dr., Continue for.4 miles north past Broad River Rd, head east towards Broad River, Head south along the edge of Broad River to I26, Head northwest along I126 toward Colonial Life Blouevard, Head north on Colonial Life Blouevard to Bush River Rd, Head west on Bush River Rd to St. Andrews Rd, Head west on St. Andrews Rd to Piney Grove Rd, Head northeast on Piney Grove Rd to Fernandina Rd, Head north on Fernandina Rd to Harbison Way, End Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,960 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,960 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): 20 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): 6 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 14 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Of the 15,960 ABOA SF required, this includes 3,600 ABOA SF for warehouse use, 1,600 ABOA SF for laboratory and clinic, and 1,200 ABOA SF for Light Industrial use Offered space must be located on the ground floor and it must be contiguous. A roll-up door with a minimum of 12X14 opening is required. Parking: 20 spaces are required for Government Vehicles and boats of which 4 will be structured and 14 will be reserved. Furthermore, for visitors and employees, the parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements. Adequate eating facilities shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles, as determined by the LCO. Other employee services, such as retail shops, cleaners, and banks, shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles as determined by the LCO. Amenities must be existing or Offeror must demonstrate to the Government's reasonable satisfaction that such amenities will exist by the Government's required occupancy date. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
