Description

HMMWV EDA Program Item List DLA Land and Maritime is seeking HMMWV spare parts in the quantities listed within the attachment of this notice. The Government is seeking suppliers that have these items available in stock for immediate shipment or in current production with the ability to deliver within 30-60 days. The Government will consider partial quantities. Suppliers should email quantities they have readily available, the unit price (FOB Origin), and delivery days to DLA.Land.and.Maritime.Competition.Advocate@dla.mil. All emails for this requirement must be titled with the following subject, "HMMWV EDA Program." Suppliers that are not the manufacturer of the item must have documented evidence (traceability) that the item is from the approved manufacturer and conforms to the technical requirements. Offers of unused, former Government Surplus Property shall be identified as surplus material and should be accompanied by the representation in DLAD Procurement Note C04 Unused Former Government Surplus Property (DEC 2016) found at http://www.dla.mil/HQ/Acquisition/Offers/eProcurement.aspx THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
