Makes the following changes to Section B.1 Contract Administration: Paragraph 1b - Removed and replaced Contracting Officer - Scott Hendrix with Contract Specialist Daniel Reinke and changes the email address to Daniel.Reinke@va.gov. Makes the following changes to Section E.2 Proposal Submittal Instructions: Changes the submission Point of Contact (POC) to Daniel Reinke and the submission email address to Daniel.Reinke@va.gov. Changes the Past Performance Questionnaire submission POC to Daniel Reinke and the submission email address to Daniel.Reinke@va.gov. Makes the following changes to Section E.6 52.233-2 Service of Protest (SEP 2006): Removed and replaced the Contracting Officer Scott Hendrix with Shea Colby. This solicitation amendment does not change the date or time of submission.
