Description

STATEMENT OF WORK 619-18-3-5243-0394 OBJECTIVE: The objective of this contract is to provide the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) with a contractual obligation for: Repairing Chiller system in Building 7. SOW: Contractor will replace the air separator and air vent for chill water loop. Contractor will provide tubing from vent to floor. Contractor will reinsulate air separator and replace expansion tank for chill water loop. Contractor will relocate expansion tank and replace relief valve at expansion tank. It is highly recommended that potential contractors visit and survey the site before placing a bid. SITE VISIT Date: July 2, 2018 Time: 10am Central Time Place: Craig A. Zaleski Maintenance Mechanic Work Leader Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System West Campus Building 14 Boiler Plant 215 Perry Hill Road Montgomery, AL 36117 334-272-4670 ext 4894 General Conditions & Responsibility They contractor shall furnish all parts, labor and material for completion of job and provide tools or equipment as needed to complete the job. All materials and workmanship shall comply with all applicable codes, specifications, local ordinances, industry standards and utility company regulations. Contractor must provide and wear all safety equipment while performing duties HOURS OF WORK: Contractor set up and work shall be during normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. WARRANTY: The parts, material, and repairs warranty for the chill water loop shall be for a duration of one year after all repairs are completed.
