Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 17,590 net usable square feet in the North Central Area of Puerto Rico for use as a Community-based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). A twenty-year lease will be considered. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should contact the Contracting Officer listed in the attached advertisement no later than 2:00 pm EST, Wednesday, July 11, 2018. An Industry Day will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 8:00am to 12:00pm at the San Juan VA Medical Center Auditorium, 10 Casia Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico for interested property owners or their representatives who can meet the Government s lease requirement outlined in this advertisement. The Industry Day will explain the Government s lease process, how the market survey is conducted, and the GSA Lease forms that are completed by offerors in response to a Request for Lease Proposal that will be issued after the market survey.
