- 80KSC018Q0023 JOFOC for Split Flow Pumps Redacted 80KSC018Q0023 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 80KSC018Q0023 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 and NASA FAR Supplement PN 18-11. This is a set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333996, Hydraulic Pumps, Fluid Power, Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. This is a brand name requirement. Brand name justification is attached. Certificate of Compliance for cylinders hardware meeting ASME B31.1 as well as any other specifications/guidelines. Relief valve set pressure documentation. Material certifications if possible. Any calibration documentation if applicable. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.
