Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 CMOP Contracting Office has recorded the following multiple awards resulting from solicitation 36C77018Q0609 to procure Pharmaceuticals 5 line items for the Tucson, AZ CMOP. The following information is provided: Wood s International LLC is awarded the purchase order. GBS Funding Inc dba GBS MedPharm is awarded the purchase order. All awards are effective 06-28-2018; point of contact: Karen.Griffin4@va.gov *IAW FAR 15.506 (e)(3), unit prices are not disclosed as those are considered commercial and financial information that is privileged or confidential and is also prohibited from disclosure by FAR 24.202 (a), as vendor unit prices are part of quote per this section. On this basis, total award amount is not shared, as this would reveal unit price of vendor, since all of same item, and thus conflicting with FAR 24.202(a).
