- Solicitation for the NRS Morgantown sewage lift station upgrade project Contractor is to include all necessary material, equipment, transportation, personnel, supervisor, and out of pocket Expenses required to provide services in accordance with the statement of work. All proposals are to be returned to Mike Ash at the address indicated in item 7 by at 1:00 PM Central Time July 30, 2018. Proposal packages can also be emailed to mikeash@fs.fed.us. All technical questions must be e-mailed to Mike Ash at mikeash@fs.fed.us. No phone calls. All questions must be submitted by 1:00 PM Central Time July 23, 2018. A site visit can be arrange by contacting John Wininger at phone number 304-285-1549 or email: jgwininger@fs.fed.gov. Location: USDA Forest Service, Northern Research Station, Location: 180 Canfield St. Morgantown, WV 26505. SELECTION CRITERIA: READ SECTION M - EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD STARTING ON PAGE 30. USDA Forest Service uses the electronic invoice system called Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) to register go to: https://www.ipp.gov/vendors/enrollment-vendors.htm All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237110. USDA Forest Service is to make one firm fixed price award for this project. Small business set-aside Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. A single award will be made for this project Total Small Business Set-aside. This a new requirement.
