BACKGROUND This acquisition is in response to a Network 10 request for an On site video production programmer. This request is from the Medical Media Service at the Cleveland Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. II. POTENTIAL SUPPLIERS Daniel Rajkovich, a small business, David J. Wolf, a small business. III. SCHEDULE The period of performance for this procurement will be from date of award until 30 February 2016. IV. ACQUISTITION REQUIREMENT The selected vendor will have to understands the privacy standards for video production and those set by medical center, be available to complete projects from start to finish in house, be available Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30, be certified on AVID software platform, have a working knowledge of Final Cut Pro and assignments include a regulatory privacy project that can only be completed on site. V. MARKET RESEARCH/ANALYSIS FINDINGS Market research was conduct to determine availability of service on schedule, or SDVOSB, and fair and reasonable pricing. Analysis of cost was based on similar or like available commercial services and previous procurements/awards for similar or like services. VI. MARKET RESEARCH AND MARKET ANALYSIS CONCLUSIONS One can conclude that utilizing the open market process, as a small business set aside is in the best interest and present the best value to the government.
