This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96, dated November 6, 2017. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333924, with a small business size standard of 750. The VA Mather Medical Center, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655 is seeking to purchase a Compounding Pharmacy Trailer. This is a brand Name or equal solicitation. The make/model known to be acceptable is Odulair Model HD2-NHD1-SUP-800. All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) for the following: Contractor shall provide a mobile compounding pharmacy in accordance with attached Salient Characteristics (Attachment 1), Statement of Work (Attachment 2), and Mobile Pharmacy Layout (Attachment 3).
