The VA Mather Medical Center, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655 is seeking to purchase a Compounding Pharmacy Trailer. This is a brand Name or equal solicitation. The make/model known to be acceptable is Odulair Model HD2-NHD1-SUP-800. All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) for the following: Contractor shall provide a mobile compounding pharmacy in accordance with attached Salient Characteristics (Attachment 1), Statement of Work (Attachment 2), and Mobile Pharmacy Layout (Attachment 3).
