This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and solicitation document #36C77618Q9184 0001 is attached to this announcement. Amendment 36C77618Q9184 0001 is issued in response to a request to extend the solicitation and response to the question about the American Heart Association requirement. The solicitation has been extended to July 10, 2018 at 1300 Hours Eastern as requested. The quantities of each item required are as follows: 69 PN: 163-01001 Resuci Baby RQI Manikin and 70 PN: 178-03001 Resuci Anne QCPR RQI Manikin. The annotation of RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement Program) in the part number identified with each Manikin fulfills the requirement of the American Heart Association and must be fully compatible with the features listed in the description attached to the original combined synopsis/solicitation. This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB Concerns. The NAICS code is 339112. Equipment requirements are described in the Product Description attached to this announcement. A delivery schedule is attached to this synopsis. Delivery will be made four week ARO. The evaluation criteria for this commercial item solicitation will be price only.
