- This is a Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) combined synopsis/solicitation for services necessary to perform all labor, management supervision, tools, material and equipment to provide maintenance and repair, inspection, testing and certification on Weight Handling Equipment (WHE). The work shall be performed at various locations within the San Diego Metropolitan Area (including Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCBCP)), California. San Diego Metropolitan area includes, but is not limited to: Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL), Naval Base San Diego (NBSD), and all other Navy and Marine Installations. Project location will be Task Order (TO) specific and may include Naval and Marine Corps installations within Naval Facilities Southwest Engineering Command Area of Responsibility.
