Description

Salient Characteristics Single Source Justification The Government intends to award a single source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, to Eaton Corporation. This agency intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price contract with Eaton Corporation for the procurement of a preventive maintenance service agreement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued, however any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer NLT 17 July 18, 11:00AM CST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement as posted on FedBizOpps website under heading, FA4419-18-Q-0020, UPS Preventive Maintenance. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice shall be submitted via e-mail to Phillip Lee at Phillip.Lee.5@us.af.mil and Lori Clinton at lori.clinton@us.af.mil. Telephone requests or inquires WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
