- J&A for BAE Systems NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to BAE Systems. BAE Systems will be providing SOCET GXP GeoAnalysis Bundle -C (ITAR) Part# 4004-C. The government believes that BAE Systems, is the only known source that has the patented, proprietary, commercial product and design expertise to fulfill this requirement. This requirement is under North American Industry Classification System Code 511210 with a small business size standard of $38.5 million. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 25 July 2018. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 20 July 2018 at 9 AM Mountain Daylight Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 20 July 2018 at 9 AM Mountain Daylight Time.
