- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services is preparing to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 140F0218P0029. The RFP will be posted on or about July 13, 2018. This requirement is for labor and materials to renovate a maintenance shop building at Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge in Bailey County, Texas. The work shall include replacement of a split system HVAC and refrigerant lines, heaters, overhead doors, and windows. This RFP is a Total Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 - Commercial and Industrial Building Construction with a small business size standard of $36.6M.
