- W911SA-18-B-2024-0002 - Amendment 2 Site Visit Change AMENDMENT 0002: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC Moffett Field Division under MICC Fort McCoy has a requirement to repair Bldg. 33402 at Roark Hall ARC Del Mar, Area 21, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. The solicitation for this requirement is being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) utilizing procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that the resulting contract for this requirement will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis with a period of performance of 60 days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $36.5 million This procurement is being solicited as a total set-aside under the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Site visit will be held on July 19, 2018 at 10:00 AM Local Time. Participants will meet at BLDG 33402 (Former Dining Hall) Roark Hall ARC Area 33 - Margarite (North of Camp Pendletion Airfield), Camp Pendleton CA 92055.
