- SP4702-18-Q-0525 Amendment 2 Technical Specifications SP4702-18-Q-0525 Amendment 2 Combined Drawings SP4702-18-Q-0525 Amendment 2 Section A - M This is a base + four (4) option year requirement for external window cleaning services for Building 20, of the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio. The successful offeror must have a high-rise building window cleaning certificate from the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA), among other requirements. Amendment 1 - Solicitation closing date extended to Monday, July 23 2018 at 17:00 EST. Additionally, it is no longer required that the successful offeror have an IWCA high-rise building window cleaning certificate. A subsequent amendment will be posted modifying Section L & M accordingly. Offerors shall acknowledge Amendment 1 in the body of the email when submitting their quote. Amendment 2 - Contains three attachments (Amendment 2 - Sections A - M, Amendment 2 - Combined Plans, Amendment 2 - Technical Specifications). There is no SF30. Offerors shall acknowledge Amendment 2 in the body of the email when submitting their quote. Solicitation closing date remains at Monday, July 23 2018 at 17:00 EST.
