Description

The Albany VA Medical Center within the New York/New Jersey VA Health Care Network (VISN 2) has a need for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services to provide primary care services to Veteran patients in a private hospital, office or clinic environment. The CBOC must be located within Glens Falls, New York. Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C24218R0567 will be available for download from this website on or about July 13, 2018. No hardcopies will be sent. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist at Heather.Schrader@va.gov. Questions must be received a minimum of ten (10) business days before the closing date listed in the RFP. If warranted, responses to inquiries will be incorporated into a written amendment posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Verbal questions and phone calls will not be addressed. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking this website for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the proposal period. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 621498 All Other Outpatient Care Centers and the Size Standard is $20.5 Million.
