- NSN 1095-01-598-4471 - Combat Knife being bought in accordance with Benchmade (041N2) P/N 3300BC. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and also a commercial version is available with the same form, fit and function; therefore, the Government is will be using soliciting this item using FAR Part 13.5 Commercial Procedures. The required quantity is 2925 each, with an option of 2925 each, to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA 17070. FOB Origin and Inspection Destination is required. First Destination applies to this procurement. This solicitation will be available on the Internet. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The solicitation will be synopsized and the solicitation will be posed to DIBBS for a period of 10 days on or around 07/19/2018. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and delivery. The required delivery is 196 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
