- Limited Source Justification Notice of solicitation and award of a sole source procurement under FAR Part 13.106-1 to Bibliotheca LLC to provide software/equipment subscription/support on existing RFID detection/file tracking system. Contractor is to provide software and handheld equipment support for 12 months. Limited source justification is attached to this notice. The Government has negotiated directly with Bibliotheca LLC. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
