- J&A The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Aviate Networks 860 N McCarthy Blvd,Suite 200, Miliptas, CA 95035 for the purpose of funding support services for Aviate Networks Constellation and Truepoint microwave software system. The purpose of this contract is to obtain maintence support services for FBI owned Aviate Networks Constellation and Truepoint microwave software system. Aviate Networks is the original manufacture and the only service provider for the Aviate Networks Constellation and Truepoint microwave software system. software. Based on extensive market research no other vendor can provide the support services requested. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Montarious Usher, email address: mrusher2@fbi.gov by Friday March 05, 2018 (9:00 am Eastern). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
