- ISRDS-3 NF1018 ISRDS-3 PCASC ISRDS-3 SLC ISRDS-3 PPQ ISRDS-3 NF533M ISRDS-3 NF533Q ISRDS-3 CASB-CMF ISRDS-3 Form DD1861 ISRDS-3 Cost/Price Workbook ISRDS-3 GFCS List ISRDS-3 GFP List ISRDS-3 IAGP List ISRDS-3 CDRL ISRDS-3 SOW ISRDS-3 Final Request for Proposal July 10th 2018: The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)/Ames Research Center (ARC) hereby issues the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Intelligent Systems Research and Development Support-3 (ISRDS-3) procurement. This solicitation is issued to replace the pre-solicitation notice, Draft RFP "Intelligent Systems Research and Development Support 3 (ISRDS-3)" dated and posted on May 2, 2018. The tentative ISRDS-3 schedule is shown below: Issue Final RFP - July 2018 Proposals Due - August 2018 Evaluation of Proposals (Completion) - December 2018 Contract Award - January 2019 Contract Effective Date (Phase-In begins) - January 2019 Start of Base Period - April 2019 The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. NASA FAR Supplement Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman (ARC) for this acquisition can be found at https://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. All questions and communications relative to this solicitation must be submitted in writing by e-mail, with the solicitation number in the subject line, to the Contracting Officer at Uyen.K.Tu@nasa.gov. Telephone questions will not be accepted. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fedbizopps.gov.
