SetAside 100% for Small Business Scope of Work : Work for this project consists of HVAC system and building automation system replacement and energy upgrades at the Corvallis Forestry Sciences Laboratory. Elements of work include replacement and intergration of the Building Automation System (BAS); replecement of mechanical equipment, ducting, and piping including fan coil units, air handling units, exhaust fans, heat recovery units, chilled water, steam and heating water system devices; window replacement; associated testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning; and associated architectural and structural componets.
