- The National Park Service is issuing a solicitation for the delivery and construction of 2 new 45,000-gallon potable water storage tanks in the located in the Cades Cove Area of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GRSM), This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement, the NAICS code is 221310 and the size standard is $36.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This solicitation will result in a contract with a base period of 240 days. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
