- RFQ CLAUSES REQUIREMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other solicitaion documents will be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 70Z025-18-Q-3L3C67. The U.S. Coast Guard Base Detachment St. Louis has a requirement to purchase multiple hydraulic hoses, fittings, and plugs as described in the attached REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) and REQUIREMENTS utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside and will be awarded based on Lowest Cost Technically Acceptable. Items may not be substituted. The FOB Destination address is: U. S. Coast Guard Industrial Production Department, Attention: Mr. James Tepen, 100 Arsenal St, BLDG 17, St. Louis, MO 63118 on or before August 1, 2018. Companies quoting should include the following: (1) Solicitation RFQ # (2) Name, address, telephone number and POC of offerer (3) Price, Availability, and any discount terms. We are a Tax Exempt Agency; please do not include Federal or State Tax in the quoted price. (4) Completed copy of the representation and certifications FAR Subpart 52.2 (see document titled FAR Clauses attached to this solicitation.) (5) Company Tax Information Number and DUNS number. Vendor MUST BE registered and active with System for Award Management, www.sam.gov, formerly known as Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov, before the award can be made. (6)Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in this solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. (7) All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Responses to this solicitation should be submitted to Jennifer LeTourneau via email to jennifer.l.letourneau@uscg.mil on or before 04:00 PM CST, July 16, 2018.
