- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-18-Q-0503 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The requested Software License Renewal must be procured from the OEM, Real-Time Innovations under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ.. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-18-Q-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 9:00am est., on 13 July 2018. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
