- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. See attachment for full RFP and attachments. The contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, materials, equipment, tools, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance, supervision, and facilities to remove and replace fire alarm system and all related components. Additional Option: Provide additional bid for fire system monitoring, quarterly testing of fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems, and backflow testing for three (3) devices. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. Project Performance Period: Project completion time is currently defined to be 105 calendar days after the effective date of the notice to proceed. Government Furnished Material: There is no Government Furnished material. Pre-Bid Site Visit:A pre-bid site visit will be determined at a later point in the solicitation. Set Aside:This is a 100% small business set-aside.
