RFQ 36C25218Q9666 WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER UNITS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333415 with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. This solicitation is for Small Business. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is soliciting offers from Small Businesses to supply Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center with new Window Air Conditioner Units. Respondents to this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capability by supplying detailed quote information along with any other documents necessary to support the requirements below. Quotes are to be provided to lizbeth.bradett@va.gov no later than 8:00am CDT Friday, July 13th 2018. All name Brand Sellers/Resellers MUST provide an Authorized Dealer Letter.
