- DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about July 25 th, 2018 for a five-year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract with a maximum dollar value of $2,400,000 for the Digital Control Box Assembly, NSN: 6110-01-588-4725; Part Number (P/N) A035E320. Cummins is the only known authorized company to possess the technical data required to manufacture this item. This item is in support of the Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) generator sets. The Government does not own or have access to a complete technical data package for this item. The subject requirement is unrestricted. There is no reasonable expectation of receiving offers from at least two or more Small Businesses offering the domestic product of different Small Business concerns and the waiver of non-manufacturer rule does not apply so this acquisition will not be a set-aside.This announcement should not be construed as a solicitation announcement, invitation for bids, request for quotations, or a request for proposals.
