- Draft SOW The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) has a requirement to explore material made from, similar, or better than elastomer coated fabric for evaluation and future incorporation to next generation material. This material shall be able to withstand abrasion over a variety of surfaces in dynamic environments. Interested parties are encouraged NOT to provide rubber or another commonly used polymer; the material can be an innovative or next generation form. As part of the source notice response, interested vendors shall provide a 12'x12' sample of material for verification at no cost to the Government. See attached draft SOW.
