Background The New York Harbor Healthcare System located in Manhattan, NY has a need for brand name or equal Keeler Vantage Plus LED Wireless Indirect Ophthalmoscope with Slimline Charging System. This is part of a complete eye exam and is the community standard of care. Not being able to visualize the retina is a malpractice risk. Our current indirect ophthalmoscopes are mostly broken and are beyond Repair. Keeler's new LED digital indirect ophthalmocsope combines Vantage Plus Wireless performance with true digital imaging. The Vantage Plus LED Digital Wireless BIO can be used in the office, operating room and teaching facility or anywhere you want to capture digital images. Keeler's intuitive, powerful software allows you to use your laptop or any USB interface to optimize the examination, producing still or dynamic images, which aid in the documentation and diagnosis of your patient. Improve your practice by educating your patients and their families with digital dynamic imaging. Specifications/salient characteristics: This system does not require installation. Place of Performance / Place of Delivery This equipment is to be delivered to the NY Campus of the New York Harbor Healthcare System, please notify Biomedical Engineering as soon as equipment is received. 5. Scope or Tasks Delivery should be ASAP and all parts are to be operational. 6. Security This equipment does not store patient information. This equipment does require bio medical processing once it is received. 9. Warranty/Maintenance Equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of one year. There are optional service contracts available.
