Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Department of Veterans Affairs The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease at 4100 E. Mississippi Ave, Glendale CO. The current lease is expired. Requirement State: Colorado City: Glendale Delineated Area: Glendale CO city boundary. Maximum RSF: 4,538 Space Type: Clinical Office All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The lease term will be 10 years, 5 year firm, 5 non-firm. The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise the department of Veteran Affairs intends to pursue a sole source lease acquisition with the current Lessor located at 4100 E. Mississippi Ave, Glendale CO The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider the cost of moving, tenant improvements, etc., when deciding whether the Alamosa Community Based Outpatient Clinic should relocate.
