- REQUEST FOR QUOTE N42158-80577902 STATEMENT OF WORK - REQUEST FOR QUOTE N42158-80577902 SOLICITATION The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, Brand Name or Equal, purchase order to procure a DoALL Band Saw, Model DC-500SA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333517 (Machine Tool Manufacturing). Items are to be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA. There will be one (1) Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), as described below. CLIN 0001: SAW HORIZONTAL, DoALL PART NUMBER DC500SA, SEMI-AUTOMATIC The procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is N42158-80577902. QUOTES will be due by 12 JULY 2018, 08:00 AM EST, and shall be emailed to the attention of Theodore Nigro at theodore.nigro@dla.mil. A DLA Quote Form and the Statement of Work is attached to this FEDBIZ Solicitation notice. Please use the DLA Quote Form to respond. Although a Company’s Quote Form may be used, if not using the DLA Quote Form please ensure the CAGE Code, DUNS Number, Tax ID, Shipping Terms (FOB Destination or FOB Origin with price estimate), and Estimated Delivery Date to shipyard After Receipt of Order (ARO) is included. Please ensure that the solicitation number is included in the subject line of all email correspondence. Emails without subject lines will not be read because of security issues. Vendors must be responsive to all evaluation factors for their bids to be considered viable. Award will be based on the Total Lowest Price for the material that meets Brand Name or Equal specifications as depicted in the Statement of Work. Past Performance: Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) and Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPPIS) will be reviewed to determine vendor responsibility Vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at https://www.fbo.gov (Federal Business Opportunities). By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
