- The U.S. Coast Guard Leadership Development Center (LDC) in New London, CT intents to award sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for quotes; a solicitation package will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard LDC intends to award under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Thomas Kilmann conflict mode Instrument (TKI® assessment) to fulfill its leadership school curriculum conflict resolution agenda for many of the leadership courses it offers.
