Description
SOW Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 in combination with FAR Subpart 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1645BC-18-Q-00024 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR FAC 2005-97 January 24, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333318 Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. Small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Items are to be furnished in accordance with the specifications in the attached product specifications. Offerers must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotations must be received by Jennifer McKeever, Contract Specialist no later than 2:00 PM (EDT) on July 20, 2018. Proposals will be accepted by e-mail at McKeever.Jennifer@dol.gov. Electronic quotations must be submitted in a format compatible with Microsoft Office or Adobe. Quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days and include enough information for the Government to make a determination that the Contractor can responsibly deliver the required products. This requirement is contingent on the availability of funds. Funds are not presently available. All questions on this requirement must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contract Specialist by July 13, 2018, 1:00 PM (EDT) Any questions for which answers can be provided may be conveyed to the prospective Offerors by amendment to this RFQ on or around July 16, 2018, without reference as to the originating source. Phone calls will not be accepted.
