Description
Demolition: Building 987 cashier cage room: The contractor shall abandon and disconnect the power of the existing 21/2 ton HVAC self-contain unit located in the cashier room plenum. Building 850, room 239: The contractor shall demolish and dispose existing two (2) chilled water Computer Room Air Conditioner 2 ton unit (CRAC unit). Liebert Model FH376C-A00. Piping, valves and fittings shall be demolish and dispose. Building 617: The contractor shall demolish and dispose existing two (2) 31/2 ton split systems. Condenser model 2TWR2042A1000AA and Evaporator TWE042C140C0, located at the first floor. Building 13: The contractor shall demolish and dispose existing ONE (1) 5 ton split systems. Condenser model 2TWR3060A1000AA and Evaporator 2TEC3F60A1000AA, located at second floor. Building 609: The contractor shall demolish and dispose existing ONE split system (1) 20 systems. The existing refrigerant shall be recovered and dispose by the contractor following Federal and Florida state regulations. New Construction: The main objective is to demolish, disposes, supply and install several HVAC units in buildings 987,850,617,13 and 609; including and not limited to air handling unit, condenser unit, refrigeration piping, piping insulation, refrigeration dryer, refrigeration sight-glass, piping anchors system, controls system, emergency shut-off button (Per AT/FP requirements), Relative Humidity controls, duct cleaning per NADCA requirements, condensate piping, Chilled water piping, chilled water balancing valve, chilled water shut-off valves, HVAC testing adjusting and balancing and HVAC controls commissioning. Building 987cashier cage room: The contractor shall supply and install a 21/2 HVAC split system. Refrigerant 410, provide concrete pad for the condenser, provide at the wall adjacent to the store display area a transfer metal duct six (6) inches by six (6) inches with wall mounted return grill in both side to provide air ventilation. Building 850 Room 239: The contractor shall supply and install two (2) chilled water Computer room Air Conditioner with hot water reheat. Supply and install piping, valves and insulation. Propose unit shall be similar or equal to the existing. Building 617: The contractor shall supply and install two (2) 31/2 ton split systems. Refrigerant 410 Building 13: The contractor shall supply and install one (1) 5 ton split systems. Refrigerant 410 Building 609 west side: The contractor shall supply and install ONE split system (1) 20 ton systems. Provide Ventilation control demand sequence of operation.
