- Q&A Q&A - Change Due Date to July 17, 2018 The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Travel Transportation & Logistics (TTL/QM) primary purpose is to obtain market research information of commercial capabilities to be used to further enhance the FedRooms TDY lodging program in preparation for the upcoming re-compete. The secondary purpose is to collect information on commercial capabilities for the following areas of lodging; Long Term Lodging, Government Group Room Blocks and Strategic Meetings Management. GSA TTD/QM has not determined a path forward for these additional areas of lodging at this time and any information collected will be used solely for market research.
