- Solicitation FA4417-18-Q-0013 Statement of Work Wage Determination ADDENDUM to 52.212-2 & 52.212-3 ADDENDUM to 52.212-1 Cover Sheet United States Air Force Red Horse Squadron, has a requirement for a Heavy Equipment Rental. The contractor shall Contractor shall schedule the delivery and all maintenance of heavy equipment between the hours of 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays and Sundays. In the event an unforeseen repair is required, the contractor shall repair within 48 hours from the time the repair call is placed and prorate for the down time of the equipment. The contractor shall provide a letter containing a point of contact's name and phone number for a maintenance contact. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please complete solicitation FA4417-18-Q-0013. Please review the wage determination and SOW for details. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 532412and size standard of $32.5 M. The question are due on Wednesday, 18 July 2018 at 10:00am (CST) The quotes are due on Friday, 20 July 2018 at 10:00am (CST) Submit proposals electronically to the Government via the Army AMRDEC site at https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/Welcome.aspx as a NON CAC USER no later than Friday, 20 July 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
