- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for professional services necessary for the Harlem Baden Phase 3 Construction project. Work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the construction of the storm sewers, sanitary sewers and appurtenances, and the rehabilitation of manholes and service connections, and the cleaning and lining of pipe sewers and point repairs. Solicitation Number W912P918R0039 will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Competitive Procurement. The NAICS code for the work is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The SBA Size Standard is $36.5 Million. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal. A public bid opening will not be held. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 27 July 2018. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps. gov./. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on FedBizOpps. Telephone, written, facsimili, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at the St. Louis Contracting Division Home page at http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/ct/ct/ht and/or at www.fedbizopps.gov./ in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Be advised that all interest parties MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database, www.sam.gov in order to receive a contract award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
