- The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Solicitation for a firm fixed-price contract for the Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) for California Central Area Office (CCAO), located at Folsom Area Office, New Melones Field Office, and Lake Berryessa Field Office. This procurement is set-aside for Total Small Business (SDVOSB), and will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) using FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding procedures. The work to be performed is described below. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 and the related small business size standard is $15.0M. This notice is not a request for proposal and the information presented in this announcement will not obligate the Bureau of Reclamation in any manner. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement will require a bid guarantee and 100% performance and payment bonds. Work is located at Folsom Area Office, New Melones Field Office, and Lake Berryessa. PRINCIPAL COMPONENTS OF WORK: 1.The Contractor is to provide two electric vehicle charging stations with the following CHARACTERISTICS OR EQUAL: (A)CT4021 CHARGEPOINT, LEVEL 2 CHARGING STATION (B)BOLLARD MOUNT (C)TWO POINT CHARGING HEAD (D)208/240 VAC (E)SAE J1772 CONNECTION TYPE (F)OPEN SAFETY GROUND DETECTION (G)REAL-TIME ENERGY MEASUREMENT (H)TOUCH BUTTON INTERFACE (I)RETRACTING CABLE MANAGEMENT The Contractor shall sign and accept all deliveries. Government employees are not responsible for any deliveries. Solicitation 140R2018B0018 will be posted electronically via www.fedbizopps.gov on or about July 25, 2018. The date for receipt of proposals will be approximately August 25, 2018. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
