- Below are answers to questions from interested Vendors. Is there a contract for this service currently or is it performed by the VA? If there is a contract in place, who is the current incumbent how much was the award amount? No current contract. Are the current dispensers being removed and being disposed? If yes, would the awarded contractor be responsible to remove and disposing the dispenser? The awarded Vendor will remove the dispensers from the wall and dispose of the current dispensers. The wall area is to be repaired by the Vendor after the installation of the new dispensers. If the current dispensers are remaining without removal, is the Northport VAMC just looking to add additional 100 Dispenser for rental as mentioned in the statement of work? 100 dispensers for 100 restrooms. All existing dispensers shall be removed from the restrooms. Would it be the awarded contractor's responsibility to maintain, repair and refill the current dispensers if it isn't being removed? What is the model and make of the current dispensers? The current dispensers will be removed by the Vendor. The current dispenser to be removed is called the Summer Breeze by Rubbermaid-model FG4870157. Closing date is July 13, 2018 at 10am EST. There will not be any more questions at this time.
